About This Program
The UAB-Cahaba Sports & Exercise Medicine Fellowship is a twoyear, ACGMEaccredited program that combines innovative clinical training with traditional sports medicine education. We prepare future leaders in our field to manage musculoskeletal and medical conditions in athletes and active individuals. Fellows receive training in ultrasound, sports cardiology, concussion care, and exercise prescriptions, and will graduate with an additional Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. F
