The Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University trains fellows to deliver care to older adults by partnering with patients, families and the community. Our fellows work closely with geriatricians throughout the year at a variety of sites including ambulatory clinic, hospital-based consults including at our ACE (Acute Care for the Elderly) unit, and post acute/LTC at a Continuing Care Retirement Community.
