About This Program
The Geriatric Medicine Fellowship shares the mission of training fellows in delivering care that improves the lives of life of older persons by partnering with all patients, all families and all communities. Our fellows work closely with geriatricians throughout the year at a variety of sites including ambulatory, inpatient consults and an ACE unit, and post acute/ LTC at a continuing care retirement community. Fellows participate in QI activities and are supported to attend national conferences
