Rapid City Hospital Program
About This Program
We train our residents to provide full spectrum primary care with a focus on rural communities. We have robust obstetric training, a busy inpatient service, and an established outpatient clinic. Residents are trained in minor surgical care, implantable contraception, and vasectomies. Our patients have access to the clinic's food pantry. Our hospital is nationally recognized as having the highest quality of care in the state, and our program prioritizes quality improvement.
