The MUSC Family Medicine Residency offers community-focused, evidence-based training in a supportive academic setting in historic Charleston. Residents learn in both inpatient and outpatient environments with strong faculty mentorship. The curriculum supports individualized learning and offers opportunities in geriatrics, sports medicine, and academic medicine. With a focus on service, leadership, and clinical excellence, MUSC prepares residents for diverse career paths.
