Lexington Medical Center/University of South Carolina SOM Columbia Program
About This Program
Lexington Medical Center has been recognized as one of 50 hospitals in the United States - and the only hospital in South Carolina - as one of the best hospitals in the nation to work. GME began in 2023 with our flagship program of Family Medicine. We have a balanced curriculum that offers robust training in primary care, within the inpatient, outpatient, and the largest skilled nursing facility in the Carolinas. Residents get a taste of rural medicine, and can tailor electives to interests.
