Our program is unique in the aspect of the community that was are set in. We have a very ill, complex patient population that is primed for trainee education. We sit near the epicenter of the opioid epidemic in the Northeast, which puts us on the front edge of substance use disorder treatments. In addition, we have an association with the Poison Control Center located at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
