The University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix Medical Toxicology Fellowship offers one of the nation's few dedicated inpatient admitting toxicology services, providing fellows direct primary management of high-acuity toxicology patients rather than consult-only exposure. Fellows train in high-volume academic system managing over 1,100-1,300 admissions and consultations annually, including overdoses, toxic alcohols, withdrawal syndromes, envenomations, and emerging drugs of abuse.
