About This Program
The Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital is a high acuity Level 1 trauma center nestled in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania & Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. Our community affiliate is Guthrie Corning Hospital which is a level 3 facility with about 35,000 patient visits / year. There is an active ground and air ambulance service covering more than 10,000 square miles. Residents also rotate a Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Albany Medical center for pediatric specialty care.
