About This Program
Our program offers diverse training across 5 EDs - academic adult & peds, 2 adult community, & one peds community site - with graduated responsibility & autonomy as the centerpiece. Residents lead resuscitations in year 3 & serve as clinician educators in year 4. Intentional leadership training, flight physician experience, and a resident-driven, supportive culture enhance clinical training. With 55 years of alumni support, we prepare physicians to lead, teach, and thrive in any EM setting.
