St Elizabeth Boardman Hospital Program
About This Program
A high-acuity, fast-paced training environment designed to build confident, skilled emergency physicians. Our program emphasizes early autonomy, critical decision-making, and abundant hands-on procedural experience. Residents train one-on-one with dedicated attending physicians, ensuring personalized teaching, immediate feedback, and no competition for patients or procedures. Residents regularly rotate through a Level I Trauma Center and a level 3 community trauma center.
