Iowa Methodist Medical Center is located in Des Moines, Iowa, the state's largest city. We are the only level 1 trauma center in the central/western part of Iowa and are attached to Blank Children's Hospital. Our residents have the opportunity to train at both hospitals with a long history of successful residency training, creating a rich community-based experience with quality academic opportunities. Our faculty have a strong EMS footprint that our residents can become involved.
