University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine Program
About This Program
Founded in 1984, UAMS EM prepares physicians to deliver exceptional care in any setting-locally and globally. We value shared ownership: residents are active partners in shaping our program and driving meaningful change. Our comprehensive ultrasound training begins with intern bootcamp and builds through workshops, integrated didactics, and electives-graduating residents with >500 scans and advanced procedural expertise.
