-7 full-time Mohs surgeons from diverse training backgrounds - 6,307 Mohs cases (2021-22) annually; vast majority of reconstructions by Mohs surgeon - Frequent exposure to complex tumors & advanced reconstructions - Training includes Mohs, cutaneous oncology, cosmetics, lasers, leg vein care - Rotations with plastic, ENT, & oculoplastic surgeons - Monthly slide review sessions with dermatopathology - Strong emphasis on teaching, didactics, and multidisciplinary collaboration
