About This Program

he University of Virginia Department of Dermatology is focused on excellence in patient care and a stimulating educational atmosphere for our residents. We are a small to medium size faculty, with 12current faculty members with expertise in general, complex medical and surgical dermatology. Clinical training for residents takes place at the Primary Care Center, where the majority of dermatology faculty practice. Daily didactics are supplemented with one-on-one clinical experience with faculty
