About This Program
We're a challenging anesthesiology residency program at a top US medical center. UPMC is a major referral center for patients requiring complex operations and organ transplantation. Residents leave our program prepared to care for any patient in any condition. Our residents enjoy successes such as an ABA Basic Exam first-time pass rate > 95% and scholarly productivity with numerous publications and presentations at national meetings. Pittsburgh is a welcoming and lively city.
