Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences Program
About This Program
We are a small program with 3 residents per class, fostering trust and close mentorship. PGY-1s get early OR exposure-one day weekly and two full months annually-plus early autonomy and complex cases like cardiac bypass in CA-1 year. Run by a private practice group, we emphasize readiness for independent practice and leadership, including business training. We value culture, camaraderie, and fun. Residents exceed requirements in regional anesthesia and complex nerve blocks.
