About This Program
The anesthesiology residency program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center is the only residency program in the state. UMMC is the only level 1 trauma center and level IV NICU in the state leading to a very complex and diverse patient population. We take 10 categorical residents yearly and boast a very family-friendly department with a robust clinical and educational experience.
