Overview

Loyola is a suburban campus in close proximity to Chicago that allows for city or suburban living with short commutes, excellent clinical training with a wide variety of cases, and the highest patient acuity of all teaching hospitals in northern Illinois according to CMS case mix index. Strengths include acute pain medicine, cardiothoracic, and solid organ transplant that includes heart, lung, liver, kidney, and pancreas transplants. We also have busy level 1 trauma and burn service lines.
