1. Completion of medical training by graduating from one of the following:
   1. a.US/Canadian LCME accredited medical school
   2. Accredited college of osteopathic medicine by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA)
   3. An ECFMG certified medical school outside of the US
2. Pass/passing scores on USMLE Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 or COMLEX Level 1 and Level 2 and 3 exams.
3. 3.Completion of the first year in good standing at an ACGME accredited pediatric residency program.
