Overview

In the 2-year Duke Clinical Biochemical Genetics Fellowship Program, eligible postdoctoral trainees gain experience and mentorship in all aspects of biochemical genetics testing; new test development/validation; quality management/improvement; and laboratory inspection. Rotations include the Duke Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory and the Duke Genetics Clinics. Fellows attend the North American Metabolic Academy (NAMA) and present at regional and national conferences.
