About This Program
Our Transitional Year program focuses on a diverse and abundant experience to allow recent graduates to develop and hone their clinical skills. We offer a wide range of electives, and core clinical rotations that provides a robust experience for our residents. We are located in the Midlands of South Carolina, near the state capital, which is home to USC. We have plenty of sunshine, with short and pleasant winters to enjoy the variety of sporting and outdoor activities.
