The Plainview Hospital Transitional Year Program is well-rounded and built on a foundation of inpatient medicine, augmented by experiences in family medicine, emergency medicine, surgery, radiology, pathology and a range of subspecialties. The program's structure also includes elective rotations that allow each resident to customize the training year and build a knowledge base specifically designed to meet individual training needs.
