The sponsoring program for the Transition Year is our general surgery residency program with resident experiences also in emergency medicine, inpatient medicine, ambulatory clinics, and elective opportunities across a variety of specialties. - Our sponsoring institution, the Wynn Hospital, is part of the Mohawk Valley Health System network, which is one of the largest healthcare systems in Central New York.
