The program is a new, community-based program in its second year, and the residents here really do have a say and help shape the program. The program is in a smaller community and located between and close to New Orleans and Baton Rouge. The hospital has one of the top 3 busiest emergency departments in the state and offers an impressive variety of services and patient populations. The health system is conveniently located near the intersection of both interstate 10 and interstate 12.
