The Transitional Year Residency Program is dedicated to providing an enriched academic and clinical learning environment that will successfully prepare the residents to be competitive applicants for advanced categorical residencies and excel in their future training programs. Elective rotations provide opportunities to explore which medical specialty suits the TY resident best. TY residents learn team-based care and deliver evidence-based, holistic health care to a diverse patient population.
