About This Program
The mission of the TidalHealth Health Care Administration, Leadership, and Management Fellowship Program is to cultivate the next generation of healthcare leaders who are adept in decision-making, organizational governance, and effective management practices. These future healthcare leaders will engage in unique experiences related to hospital leadership processes and operations that complements their clinical training.
