Our program is dedicated to preparing the next generation of medical geneticists to understand how genetic and genomic variation shapes human health and disease and, most importantly, to translate that knowledge into better outcomes for our patients and communities. At the heart of our program is a simple philosophy: the best training is resident centered. We prioritize the well-being, growth, and individual career aspirations of every resident. Whether one’s passion is clinical care, research, education, or a combination of these areas, our goal is to give residents the mentorship, experiences, and flexibility they need to build the career they envision through close mentorship and an individualized curriculum.
