Fellows will spend a total of 12 months rotating in Neurocritical Care which is spent at UNC Hospital's 22-bed Neuroscience Intensive Care unit (NSICU). These distinct experiences allow our fellows to experience the spectrum of neurocritical care models in practice. In addition, fellows will rotate in the surgical, medical and cardiac intensive care units where they will receive a well-rounded education of all aspects of critical care.
