About This Program
As a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level 1 Trauma Center and the tertiary care hospital of the largest health network in New York, North Shore University hospital's dedicated 22-bed neurosciences ICU sees complex patients from a wide catchment area. Our service is consistently busy with high acuity patients. The Neurocritical Care Fellowship is one of only a handful of NCC training programs that offer trainees a simulation experience. We also provide a robust monthly multi-disciplinary simulation
