About This Program
Teaming is central to the fellowship. Fellows work within a multidisciplinary neurocritical care team, learning collaboration through daily rounds, simulations, and supervised patient care. Formal teaching on teamwork occurs through didactics, interdisciplinary rounds, and monthly critical care simulations. In a step-wise manner, fellows begin leading rounds under attending supervision. This starts with rounding as the attending on 1-3 patients in the second half of their first year and graduall
