Overview
The University of Alabama at Birmingham is pleased to offer an ACGME-accredited neurocritical care training program, open to applicants from a variety of specialties including neurology, neurosurgery, anesthesiology, internal medicine, general surgery and emergency medicine. Our fellows rotate in a 42 bed ICU, where they have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary group of faculty and fellows. The strengths of our program include patient volume, acuity, and flexibility.
