About This Program
Our Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship in Lubbock, TX is ACGME-accredited dedicated to training physicians in comprehensive, interdisciplinary palliative care across inpatient, outpatient and hospice settings. Our fellows receive inpatient experience at University Medical Center (a county/academic medical center with a Level I trauma center) and at Covenant Health System (a faith based regional hospital). Hospice experience occurs at 3 local hospices that differ in corporate structure,
