About This Program
The MetroHealth Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine Fellowship is a one-year, ACGME-accredited program based at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, in collaboration with Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and Reserve Care (formerly Hospice of the Western Reserve). The fellowship provides comprehensive training for physicians to care for patients with life-limiting illnesses, integrating inpatient and outpatient palliative care with hospice services.
