Our fellow has a full day clinic once a week for 10 months. Fellow attends our palliative care grand rounds, usually once weekly, where they learn from leaders and experts from around the world. Formal weekly reflections session to have develop self-care awareness and promote healthy coping. Fellow learns to debrief teams e.g. MICU and develop coaching skills.
