We are a 1 year ACGME accredited Hospice Palliative Care Fellowship located in beautiful Eastern North Carolina. Our hospital system is a large academic based center that serves 29 counties with over 1000 beds. We are a tight knit group of physicians, NPs, and PAs who work closely together to serve patients both outpatient and inpatient. We work with the hospital owned home hospice and inpatient hospice house for our hospice experience.
