Large urban patient census with various sites that offer big-city volume and pace, smaller specialized care with a moderate pace and 'community' vibe, regular ambulatory palliative care sessions, plus long-term care experiences. All fellows receive department support and funding to attend at least one specialty-based or other approved conference to engage networking, community building, and professional development.
