About This Program
The Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship program' goal is to train future leaders in Hospice and Palliative Medicine through diverse clinical experiences-acute care, oncology, geriatrics, hospice (adult/pediatric), outpatient clinics, and telemedicine. Emphasizing expert symptom management, communication, and interdisciplinary teamwork, the program prepares fellows to deliver compassionate, goal-aligned care to seriously ill patients and families.
