Our goal is to develop a new generation of experts and leaders in the field who will ensure that patients with serious and often life-limiting illness, and their families, receive the best care possible. We emphasize excellence in communication and expert symptom management to minimize suffering and promote quality of life within the context of a patient's goals. Our fellows will receive one on one teaching and support.
