The University of Kentucky in collaboration with nationally-recognized Bluegrass Care Navigators, formerly Hospice of the Bluegrass, offers an ACGME-accredited one year fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine. This program is a dynamic educational experience allowing fellows to mold their desired career by offering experience ranging from academic medical center to community-based practices.
