Monthly house allowance; QI incentive payment, conference travel reimbursement, chief resident review course, tuition for advanced degrees/studies during research year; purchase of technology(computer/tablet), resident wellness days with activities subsidized by the department without call. Didactic time is protected on Wednesday mornings and there are quarterly skills labs (e.g. robotic/microsurgery/prosthetics/urinary diversions, etc.), Up to $1800 relocation reimbursement
