Our mission is to train excellent pediatric surgeons to be able to practice independently in the care of newborns, infants, and children and to educate them so that they can excel in scholarly activity, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives. This is in alignment with the overarching mission of the University of Oklahoma to provide excellence in teaching, research and creative activity.
