The Division of Pediatric Surgery is based at Nationwide Children's Hospital. A 12-story, over 3 million-square foot facility with 696 staffed beds, making it one of America's largest not-for-profit freestanding pediatric health care systems, providing state-of-the-art pediatric care with more than 1.6 million patient visits annually. The Abigail Wexner Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital is one of the Top 10 NIH-funded freestanding pediatric research facilities.
