Focus on MIS training - Our 1-fellow program provides a focused experience and opportunity for participation in most cases - Composition and Diverse educational backgrounds of faculty - Fully immersive experience with inpatient and outpatient care - MSKCC rotation (dedicated surgical oncology rotation at a premier center) - Autonomy, team leader and educator from day one - Active pediatric trauma program, - Onc & colorectal conferences - Level 1 Trauma experience - ENT (endoscopies & urology)
