We offer a range of health coverage options which are available on the 1st of the month coinciding with or that first occurs during their 30-day enrollment period. All employees have immediate access to LifeMatters, our employee assistance and work/life program. In addition, residents and fellows receive an annual well-being benefit of $500 to use towards personal wellness. Parental leave for all parents also allows for up to six weeks paid leave.
