Overview

The program serves the 25-bed Kessler Family ICU and the 12-bed Surgical ICU, providing care for liver transplant, vascular, major oncologic, and subspecialty surgical patients. Electives are offered on Burn Service, Trauma/Emergency Surgery services, MICU, Neuro ICU, and Cardiac or Pediatric ICUs. The duration of the fellowship is one year for board eligibility, and an optional second year allows focused training in clinical and investigative aspects of trauma/burn or Surgical ICU care.
