Overview

The SCC and ACS Fellowship experience is based at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center (STC) and the University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC). The goal of the Fellowship is to produce academic leaders in the areas of critical care and trauma. Under the guidance of a strong faculty, Fellows master innovative techniques in critical care management, including new methods of mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic assessment, hemorrhage control, and extracorporeal support of failing organs.
