About This Program
We are a tertiary hospital serving South Texas providing care to an underserved population in an academic hospital, VA hospital, as well as multiple community hospitals. We also offer a PGY4 elective rotation including global health or rural experiences as desired. PGY1 Residents have a dedicated 1-month simulation based technical skills training program.
