Our residents care for a wide variety of complex patients in all the subspecialty areas of general surgery, with a significant focus on complex operative procedures throughout their training. The vast majority of our residents will engage in 2-3 years of dedicated academic development time during residency. Our goal is to recruit and train the future leaders in academic surgery.
