About This Program
Trainees from UIC are exposed to a wide variety of clinical settings, including academic, community and private practice. They gain experience in all surgical techniques, from traditional open to new, innovative approaches. Faculty are educated in giving constructive feedback and graduated autonomy to the trainees, in order to optimize the training experience.
