About This Program

Our mission is to develop well-trained, competent, caring surgeons. Residents enjoy a high volume of diverse cases during their inpatient rotations at Inland Valley, Temecula Valley, and Rancho Springs Hospitals, plus away rotations at UCSD, Rady's, and City of Hope. Our clinical curriculum is structured on the principle of graduated, progressive training; resident needs are matched with clinical duties that appropriately challenge them, while providing appropriate and nurturing supervision.
